Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise, lead, delegate, control and motivate sales representatives achieve their allocated sales target
- Provide training to sales team to develop their potential and effectiveness
- Provide guidelines and problem resolution to team members
- Maintain and develop relationships and sales with existing clients and customers
- Explore new opportunities to get additional sales
- Collect market/competitor information about products and activities
- Implement business plan and sales strategy to ensure company sales goals and profitability
- Supervise order forecast to buffer stock of consignment products
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and installation of products/systems. Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and specific request for support
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related Sales
- Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to identify and follow up on leads.
- Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
- Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
- Excellent presentation skills and professional appearance
