Drive commercial strategy, revenue growth, and retail expansion for our product’s Baby & Kids Food & Beverage portfolio—spanning high-demand packaged snacks (biscuits, jellies, chocolates, yogurt snacks) and specialized beverages (infant/toddler milk, fruit juices, and healthy kids' drinks).

• Channel Strategy: Develop RTM (Route-to-Market) strategies tailored to baby specialty chains, mother-and-child stores, pharmacies, and modern key accounts across Cambodia. Portfolio & Sales Execution: Set volume and revenue targets across food (chocolates, candies, jellies, baby biscuits, yogurt bites) and beverage lines (milk formulas, UHT milk, 100% juices).
• Key Account Management: Establish and maintain relationships with major retail owners, baby store chains, and supermarket category buyers.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and track performance for the field sales force and visual merchandisers.
• Trade Promotions & Visual Merchandising: Work with brand managers to execute point-of-sale displays, shelf allocation, and promotional campaigns (e.g., bundle packs, sampling at baby stores).
• Inventory & Expiry Control: Coordinate with supply chain teams to forecast demand accurately, maintaining optimal inventory flow and managing FEFO (First Expired, First Out) policies for perishable food/beverage items

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of proven sales management experience in FMCG food/beverage, baby nutrition, or confectionery in Cambodia.
• Strong existing network with baby shop owners, retail buyers, and modern trade accounts.
• High commercial acumen, route planning, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Khmer and English.
• High proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel frequently for customers and the team
