The Interior Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the sales team to achieve revenue, gross profit, and targets of customer satisfaction. This role oversees daily sales operations, develops sales strategies, coaches the sales team, manages key client relationships, and collaborates closely with the Design, Production, Project Management, and Installation teams to ensure successful project delivery. The supervisor is expected to drive business growth across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, office, and custom interior fit-out projects.

• Supervise and lead the Interior Sales Executives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct daily sales briefings and weekly sales review meetings.
• Monitor individual sales performance and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Promote a high-performance and customer-focused sales culture.
• Pursuing new business opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, corporate office, and developer markets.
• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, consultants, and corporate clients.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Expand key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, project presentations, and sales contracts.
• Ensure accurate project costing in coordination with Quantity Surveyors and Estimation teams.
• Monitor project pipelines and sales forecasts.
• Track sales opportunities through data.
• Coordinate with Interior Designers regarding design concepts and client requirements.
• Liaise with Production, Procurement, and Project teams regarding project schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Handle project variations and change orders to monitor customer satisfaction during project execution.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain excellent after-sales service to build long-term partnerships with repeat customers.
• Prepare: Weekly, Monthly, Sales Report, Sales Forecast, Pipeline, Win/Loss Analysis, Competitor, Sales trends reports
• Monitor competitors' pricing, products & stay updated on interior design trends, materials, furniture, and decorative products
• Ensure compliance with company pricing policies follow company SOPs and maintain confidentiality of customer information to ensure ethical sales practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales supervisor experience in Interior Decoration, Interior Fit-out, Furniture Manufacturing, or Construction.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
