- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Strong ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
- Capable of designing and implementing innovative sales strategies.
- Expertise in analyzing sales data, trends, and KPIs to inform decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
- Strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
