Responsibilities and Duties

Lead the coordination of design activities for all rebranding stations, with particular focus on non-fuel business facilities.
Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to evaluate existing building conditions and verify compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Develop, review, and manage architectural drawings, layouts, specifications, and related technical documentation.
Ensure building designs, construction works, and facilities comply with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) requirements, building regulations, and applicable standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, dealers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives, budgets, and timelines are achieved.
Monitor project progress and communicate project status, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders.
Perform quality inspections during project execution and ensure timely correction of defects and proper project close-out.
Support project handover, final acceptance, and post-project evaluations to ensure successful project completion.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and optimize design solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, construction, maintenance, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of architectural design, space planning, building construction methods, materials, and engineering fundamentals.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit (BIM), SketchUp, and rendering software.
Experience in project management, budgeting, scheduling, tendering, and contractor coordination.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic working environment.
Good understanding of worksite safety requirements.
Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading, and listening) and native proficiency in Khmer.
