1. Maintenance Operations Management
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve asset performance.
- Establish maintenance standards, procedures, and best practices across all facilities and equipment.
2. Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, and develop the maintenance team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and training programs to enhance technical competencies and productivity.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
3. Budget and Resource Management
- Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Monitor maintenance expenditures and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising operational performance.
- Manage spare parts inventory, tools, equipment, and external service providers.
4. Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance-related projects, equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business objectives.
5. Safety, Compliance, and Quality
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Promote a strong safety culture and implement initiatives to prevent workplace incidents.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure maintenance activities meet operational and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience,
- Strong knowledge of Maintenance (MEP)
- Proven leadership, people management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in maintenance planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
