1. Operations Management
- Lead and oversee daily operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business objectives.
- Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop, review, and optimize operational workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
2. Project Oversight and Execution
- Manage and supervise all project activities to ensure successful and efficient project delivery.
- Develop strategies for project execution, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure all MEP installations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, quality requirements, and project specifications.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
3. Leadership and Stakeholder Management
- Lead and provide direction to project teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication across all project stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, Main Contractors, Clients, and Consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, mentoring, and team development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
5. Financial and Resource Management
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource utilization to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality, safety, and project performance standards.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control initiatives.
6. Risk Management and Compliance
- Identify operational and project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize business impact.
- Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to maintain project quality and performance.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
7. Reporting and Performance Monitoring
- Prepare and present monthly operational and project progress reports to the General Manager.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate business performance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and compliance reports.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the GM and MD.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the MEP industry, with significant experience in operations management and leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficient in Autodesk applications, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, and other project management software.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, profit and loss (P&L), balance sheet analysis, and cash flow management.
- Visionary leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational growth, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
