- Manage company administrative activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate company registration, license renewals, and other government-related documentation.
- Maintain and control incoming and outgoing company documents and records.
- Prepare official letters, announcements, notices, and administrative reports.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing company policies, contracts, and legal documents.
- Coordinate document legalization, notarization, and compliance requirements.
- Record meeting minutes and prepare reports for management.
- Liaise with government authorities, external partners, and internal departments on administrative matters.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Support management with administrative and operational requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head or Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration, legal affairs, corporate governance, or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures, corporate documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent command of both Khmer and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in administrative correspondence and contract documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, planning, and document management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with government authorities, external stakeholders, and internal departments.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
