We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and scientifically minded Medical Representative to join our healthcare sales team. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our company and healthcare professionals (HCPs). Your primary responsibility will be to promote, market, and sell our range of medical products (pharmaceuticals/medical devices) to doctors, pharmacists, hospital specialists, and medical networks, ensuring high product adoption and strong market share growth.

Product Promotion & Sales Execution

• Schedule and conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to physicians, consultants, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Effectively communicate complex medical and technical information about our products, including therapeutic benefits, dosage, side effects, and clinical safety profiles.
• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs set by management

• Bachelor’s degree related healthcare/business field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative or in healthcare B2B sales (Fresh graduates with a strong medical background and an aptitude for sales may also be considered).
• Exceptional verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently pitch to senior medical consultants and surgeons.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to independently handle a designated sales territory
