Responsibilities and Duties
- Coached, recruited, trained, and disciplined employees.
- Proposed Sales Strategy and Management Overview
- Evaluated on-the-job performance.
- Manage Sales Team and Tracking sales report to ensure meet monthly sales target.
- Tracking with primary sale volume to make sure all depots achieve monthly target
- Identified current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
- Ensure pricing is correct.
- Maintain inventory and ensure goods are in stock for daily sales activities.
- Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
- Monitor local competitors.
- Organize and distribute sales visit schedules by calling plan & visit plan.
- Help retail and Wholesale achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
