• Ownership for Cambodia performance. This includes monitoring performance of third parties’ agent/entities (if any).
• Scorecard performance for all Locations in Cambodia.
• RCL Liner Business.
• RCL Logistics Business.
• Any other business, duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Job Scope: Management / Business

• Achieve volume, revenue, margin targets for COC and SOC.
• Avoid wastage on all services and maximize volume and revenue/profit.
• Increase RCL market share.
• Identify and access new business opportunities for RCL’s expansion in Cambodia.
• Maintain close contact and close cooperation with local authorities, government officials, port authorities, customs, terminal operators with a view of enhancing RCL’s reputation and position in Cambodia.
• Staff improvement through training and learning of systems as per HQ’s requirements. Develop a competent team.
• Improve customer mix as per HQ’s instructions/guidelines to achieve better revenue, volume stability, port pairs requirements, expansion of regional and direct accounts.
• Ensure F&A meet targets as per scorecard: (a) Proper, accurate and timely maintenance and reporting of accounts, (b) Monitor and manage debtors, ensure prompt collections and remittances.
• Operational efficiencies and effectiveness and to ensure costs are kept low without comprising service levels.
• Monitor and review the company and/or agent’s efficiencies and effectiveness and make recommendations for changes, as necessary, to meet RCL standards and growth expectations.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree holder in Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in similar responsibility.
• At least 5 years of working experience in similar industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Attitude and values that are compatible with RCL’s corporate vision, mission and core values.
