The intern will play a crucial role in supporting the vendor onboarding process by ensuring documentation compliance, participating in performance analysis, and managing device control and termination calls. The Intern will also assist with ad-hoc cleanup projects and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and Central Ops to maintain operational efficiency.

• Support vendor quality checks during onboarding to ensure compliance with standards
• Assist in menu quality improvements and other monthly ad-hoc projects
• Provide bi-weekly observations and insights for project improvement
• Collaborate with cross-department teams and Central Ops
• Support Vendor onboarding and performance analysis

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or other related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Google sheet or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
• Familiarity with vendor onboarding processes is a plus, but not required.
