Responsibilities and Duties
- Engage with clients via chat, call, and social media to promote vehicle loan products. (Chinese Speaking)
- Guide customers through online application processes and collect necessary documents.
- Achieve monthly loan sales targets. • Maintain relationships and follow up on leads via CRM tools.
- Report on sales activities daily to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
- Good communication in English & Chinese
- Experience in online sales or telesales (especially finance, credit, or motor loans).
- Ability to work independently and hit goals.
- Confident using Facebook, Telegram, Excel, and CRM platforms.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-service focused.
