Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the project team
- Maintenance security system, shared drive, computer control solutions, and printer troubleshooting
- Ensure proprietary/confidential data, information, and systems are protected
- Assist with activities which may include one of the followings: configuring and validating secure systems, shared drives, and computer controls
- Test products and the internet to detect errors or problems
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Replace parts as required
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Backup and restore data and files
- Keep computer systems running smoothly
- Tasks assigned by managers
Qualifications and Skills
- Majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline
- Experience configuring and supporting network protocols like IPv4/v6
- Community and/or campus involvement
- Technical skills including an understanding of software development principles
- Knowledge about Mikrotik router
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
- Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team-player
- Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
