Responsibilities and Duties
- As a SC/Field Engineer, you will be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors and designers to drive the sales of specific products and software
- To build long term relationships with specifiers ( design consultants ) to gain knowledge of specifications on projects
- To educate key influencers for construction projects about the proper use, advantage and value of Company products
- To visit job sites to assess design problems, as well as opportunities, giving technical advice, solutions and support by adding value through Company products
- Conduct technical seminars in specifier’s offices and at potential sites and offices of clients to develop both short term & long-term business opportunities/leads for company
- Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager ( ASM ) to follow up that the Account Manager ( Sales ) ensures the specification is converted into sales
Qualifications and Skills
- B.E./B.TECH degree or equivalent experience in Civil, Mechanical, Structural or vArchitectural Engineering
- At least 1-2 Years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in direct/specification sales to architects with a high level of knowledge of the design and construction process required.
- Good relationship with specifiers and influencers
