Job Description: Account Support Coordinator for Grab Shuttle: we are looking for the "face" of Grab Shuttle at our Station. He or she must be the one who makes sure the gears keep turning, the passengers stay happy, and no one gets left behind (unless they’re actually late—then you handle that with grace).
This role is a blend of logistics, customer service, and precision. He and she will manage the flow of the station, ensure every seat is accounted for, and keep the operation running like a well-oiled machine.
- Ticketing & Reservation Operations
- Oversee daily activities at City Station, ensuring full coverage during operating hours
- Ensure strict adherence to booking and ticket issuance processes for both physical and e-tickets, including accurate data capture and payment processing.
- Monitor shuttle schedules and departures to ensure ticket sales align with vehicle capacity.
- Coordinate passenger boarding and perform final headcount checks prior to dispatch.
- Provide support to passengers for urgent case requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office before and after operations.
- Manage cash exchange (Self cash note preparation)
- Other relevant tasks by direct manager/supervisor
