Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines, advises on safety topics, conducts risk assessments, and enforces preventative measures to create a safe workplace.

• Document Control
• In Charge QA Laboratory test
• Coordinate with mother company and customer for update test procedure and test frequency
• Ensure test apparatus in good condition and validity of calibration report
• Lead internal and external test equipment calibration
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Quality report
• Prepare monthly 5S report
• Follow up open CIT to the closure document
• Conduct process Audit each department and follow up CAP report with concern department
• Material Quality Spec review and clarification among of Customer and internal quality team
• Incoming Material document creation and maintenance
• Assist 3rd party Social complain audit, and lead ISO certification audit (SA8000, ISO45001, ISO14001, RJC....)
• Conduct internal audit, audit preparation (Documentation review, Implementation review) prior to official 3rd party audit date.
• Follow up customer complaints, and update customer complain logbook and well as 8D file as of when it required.
• Support QC team to establish tolerance board and coordinate with customer for approval.
• Another task as assign by QA Manager.

• Experience QA Supervisor role at least 2 year and above – Experiencing in managing Lab is preferable
• University graduated, chemistry is preferable
• Computer still: MS Word, MS. Excel, Power point, Internet Email.
• English: Good at speaking, listening, writing.
