Senior Field Sales Executive need to work with distributor Sales team to improve the operation effectiveness, execute the plan, provided support and coaching distributor Sales team to generate the business opportunity. S/he will lead & work closely with sa les team to dive sell out performance, filed execution, numeric distribution to ensure company objectives are achieved in assigned area by creating a high performing, addressing excellent market execution and corporation with distributor sales team to runn ing smooth operation.
- Prepare, track & trace through work closely including daily follow up with distributor sales team to implement monthly sales action plan/programs to achieve sales targets including increasing the effectiveness of field operation in assigned area.
- Ensure well execution sales activities in assigned area, including product portfolios, marketing display set -ups, point of sales material display and in -store merchandising.
- Actively work with distributor sales team in building & maintain good business relationship with customers to ensure the right visibility, availability and activation in each outlet category are achieved in assigned area.
- Regularly visit the trades under assigned area.
- Provide timely feedback to distributor sales team on the execution of sales action plans and development areas through daily, weekly and monthly team meeting
- Support Field sales manager to continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customers satisfaction in assigned area.
- Consolidate report gathered by the team and providing market intelligent report to ensure that line manager is fully always informed.
- Driving Route to Market with the Distributor, increase delivery capability & order quality.
- To ensure the distribution plan has well executed and successfully ensuring implementation the RTM & Channel strategy in assigned territory.
- Work closely with distributor field sales team to ensure products available and visible in the assigned area as per planned.
- Always drive numeric and weighted distribution and ensuring MSL in the outlets.
- Regularly conduct market attachment with distributor field sales team to ensure best service packages are provided to customers in assigned area.
- To ensure sales team quality visit with right frequency of call, improve active outlets, average SKU per bill, Call productivity and minimize market return.
- Daily follow-up sales achievement vs the set sales target; tracking sell-out on SAP
- To ensure quality visit and daily execution (Planogram, PICOS, MSL).
- To provide and ensure accuracy of bottom-up sales forecast in assigned area to LM
- Assist Field Sales Manager with assigned task to ensure smooth operation (Geo Focus, and others project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing/ Business Administration / Economy or related fields
- Good command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
- Minimum 2 years’ direct experience with trades and distributors
- FMCG knowledge
- A team player
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Strong leadership capabilities, decisive with high level of integrity
- Analytical and with good presentation skills
- Proactive, good follow through and results oriented
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills including written & spoken English and Khmer language
- Planning and organizing, co-ordination, delegation, control, able to drive a car with possesses a valid driving license.
- Strong leadership skills to manage & corporate big field sales team
