This is a full-time, for a Property Consultant based in Phnom Penh. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, consulting clients on property investments and rental opportunities, and handling property sales and leasing transactions. The Property Consultant will also conduct market research, provide professional advice, and ensure clients are matched with properties aligning with their preferences and investment goals. Delivering exceptional customer service is an integral part of this role.

• Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Sales with a focus on property leasing or investment
• Solid market research and analytical skills to provide informed property advice
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Khmer are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the real estate sector or property consultation is preferred
