Job Summary

Overall responsibility the Business Unit to be assigned, Connectivity and Products, Health and Nutrition, others (if any) and also relating with consumable products inspection, laboratory testing, business development and sales team driven with the solid strategies and ensure the revenue and profitability which would be aligned with the company target.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Well-manage whole of Sale team, Business development and Customer Services including Administrator team of the Connectivity and Products Business Unit to be assigned and ensure the smooth activities with achieving Sales revenue, Profitability according to the approved company budgets and policies.
  • Generation and expansion of the existing business activity for Connectivity and Products, and others with business development through the markets industrial for the Kingdom of Cambodia.
  • Creation of an efficient management and/or operation team and ensuring appropriate recruitment and development of staffs.
  • Developing and ensuring effective communication within Cliant Cambodia, and Cliant Thailand and international affiliates on cross affiliate business opportunities and business development issues.
  • Ensuring successful delivery and retainable high quality of customer services and engagements as well as optimum utilization and realization of resources.
  • Ensuring compliances with the Cambodian laws, rules and regulations as well as the certified, accredited standards and company’s policies.
  • Implementing business activities to the community to compliance with company’s sustainability policy.
  • Ensuring all employees’ compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) policies.  Perform various other duties as assigned by Country Manager, Company Cambodia superior.
  • At all times, comply with Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor or Master Degree of Science, Management or related field.
  • Minimum over 5 years sales/business development experiences or
  • Minimum over 3 years of Business Development / Sale / Marketing experience in management level.
  • Excellent command and communication in both written and spoken in English
  • Able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Leadership - able to coordinate and motivate teams towards a common goal and continual performance improvement.
  • Business mindset, commercial skill, service and profit minded. Competitive and profit-driven; re-invents competitive advantage. Realizing business opportunities in conformity to the business strategy.
  • Possess sound judgment and good decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities, work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
  • Able to interact with all levels of management, authorities, clients and suppliers.
  • Works well under pressure, challenges status quo.
  • Applies judgment and acts according to the standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Able to work and travel up-country and overseas.
