The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role requires effective communication, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of our services/products of business training courses, language courses, culture activities and room renting services. The target customers include both businesses (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C). The Sales Officer plays a vital role in driving revenue and enhancing customer relationships.

• Identify, pursue, and attract new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketsegmentation/ research for both B2B and B2C markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understandtheir needs and promote products.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase the features and benefits of products/services.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth andinitiate sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts, providingregular reports to management.
• Work closely with PR and marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure acohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training programs, if any, to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2 or 3 years of sales experience
• Good command in using English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Good negotiation and closing skills
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
