Get to know the role:
- Provides daily proactive support to customers, merchants, and delivery partners within assigned divisions, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Deliver proactive daily support to Pax, Dax, and Mex.
- Notifying customers about known issues and solutions before they call in
- Helping partners use services more effectively.
- Understanding GS Tools & SOPs
- Maintain high CSAT scores.
- Collect feedback from relevant partners, identify front-line issues, and promptly report them to the team lead.
- Facilitate communication among Pax, Dax, and Mex to ensure smooth order completion and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve known issues before the customer contact's support
- Monitor the ordering journeys of delivery partners.
- Checks with Mex when they decline pax’s orders and inform pax accordingly
- Provide helpful information to prevent future issues
- Collaborate with teams to implement proactive strategies and share insights.
- Basic technology, computer skills
- Excellent Khmer & English verbal and written communication skills (Knowing more languages is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
