• He/she has to ensures compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines, advises on safety topics, conducts risk assessments, and enforces preventative measures to create a safe workplace.

• Conduct Risk assessment to identify Hazards and Risks that might occur during the operation process and send reports to management for review and recommend the area where action is needed
• To facilitate organizing OSH monthly meeting and to prepare minutes of meeting, ensure they are agreed to circulate reports, and ensure minutes are posted
• To receive and investigate complaints about safety. Ensure these are referred to supervisors, reported to the committee, and followed-up
• To orient new workers/employees to health and safety risks and procedures
• To participate in accident investigations and regularly scheduled inspections as outlined in the rules of procedure drawn up by the committee.
• To advise management on corrections for safety problems and monitor effectiveness
• To obtain information when necessary and advise on appropriate protective devices, equipment, and clothing
• To advise on the establishment of appropriate health and safety programs, education, and training
• Prepare appropriate safety signage, PPE at respective process
• Assist 3rd party Social complain audit, safety audit as well as ISO certification audit
• Conduct internal audit, audit preparation (Documentation review, Implementation review) prior to official 3rd party audit date
• Process Environmental certification, testing, Training as abide by local law as well as internal requirement. (Air Emission permit, Air Quality Test, drinking water test, Solid wastes permit, Waste water discharge permit, Fire Drill training, Fire prevention system permit….) ensure all are valid.
• Prepare Internal Inspection/ testing schedule to fire preventive system (Fire Extinguisher, Fire Alarm, Smoke detector, Emergency light, Fire hydrant/ hose reel, Exit light, Noise level test, heat test, lux level, first Aid Kids….)
• Ensure Emergency Evacuation map available at all exit rout, with correct directory signage toward assembly point according to respective area
• Ensure effectiveness of Chemical Management in shopfloor as well as purchasing point
• Ensure sure chemical use in shopfloor with proper label, safety caution sign local language according to SDS
• Ensure SDS in local language is available at chemical storage area and it well communicate to the consumer 
• Ensure preventive of chemical spillage SOP available and well communication to field worker who deal with chemical
• Keep recording of Environmental data (Electricity consumption, water consumption, solid waste disposal record, wastewater treatment/ discharge record, sludge record…)
• Work with in-house infirmary and keep recording of work relate accident record
• Conduct daily safety site patrol and address remediate action to field worker and supervisor
• Others are assigned by management.

Other Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for OHSE in the workplace and report to his/her supervisor of any hazard detected.
• Continuously monitor the quality of your work to ensure standards are met according to the company quality management system.
• Always abide by the company policies and procedures

• Experience safety compliance in manufacturing for at least 1 year
• University graduated in chemist or Engineering is preferable
• Computer still: MS Word, MS. Excel, Power point, Internet Email
• English: Good at speaking, listening, writing.
• Able to work under pressure
