To be accountable for maintenance and repair as well as safety test of elevators, escalators and moving-walkways under maintenance contracts to ensure that their performance and safety standard are achieved.

• Accountable for preventive maintenance and re-commissioning work to ensure that the quality, safety, and performance of all types of elevators, escalators, and moving-walkways under responsible area are in line with Company standard.
• Attends and repairs all breakdowns of elevators, escalators and moving walkways under scope of responsibility or assigned area in a timely manner (night time standby as well).
• Assists service supervisors in maintenance planning and troubleshooting to ensure that quality and efficiency standard of maintenance work are achieved.
• Assists Service Supervisors to promote and enforce discipline among subordinates to ensure that their conducts abides by the Company rules and policies.
• Follows strictly the safety rules in accordance to the company policy.

• Mechanical, electrical technician (BsC)
• 1 years experience in mechanical and/or electrical industry
• Fair command in English (spoken), basic written
• Khmer (spoken and written)
• Experience using, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
