• Strategic implementation: Translate the group’s strategy into specific operational strategies and action plans, promote implementation across departments, and supervise the progress and effectiveness of execution

Operations Management and Optimization

• Process management: Design and optimize the group’s business processes to improve operational efficiency and quality while reducing operating costs.
• System development: Establish and improve operational management systems and standards to ensure that all work is carried out in a standardized and orderly manner.
• Performance management: Establish an operations performance evaluation system, formulate key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor and assess operational performance, and adjust strategies in a timely manner.

Resource Management and Coordination

• Resource allocation: Allocate human, material, and financial resources reasonably to maximize resource utilization.
• Department coordination: Maintain close communication and cooperation with all departments, coordinate and resolve cross-departmental issues, and promote the group’s overall collaborative operation.
