Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensuring quality standard being inspected and implemented with in the production process
- Ensuring of the daily target output and effectiency being acheived
- Ensuring the approved sewing layout and machinery setup being implemented correctly/properly
- On-time support to the sewing team and quickly address any bottleneck occuring within the sewing lines
- Ensuring sewing operators equiped with enough skills and follow quality standard/sewing instruction
- Ensuring the SMS being completed on time
- Cross department coordination.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in Denim is bonus
- 2-3 years experiences in managing sewing line
- English comprehensive and computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Fast learner
- Experience with sewing skills, design.
