Responsibilities and Duties

Process bi-monthly payrolls for all employees; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and internal payroll policies.
Compute bonuses, incentives, overtime, and deductions (e.g. taxes, insurance, provident fund).
Coordinate with stakeholders regarding employee status changes (new hires, terminations, promotions, etc.).
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and summaries for management and audit purposes.
Handle employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, payslips, and other payroll concerns.
Assist in payroll audits and provide the required documentation and support.
Keeping updated on statutory legislations which may affect payroll.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Possess 3-5 years in payroll processing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge in labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
