The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s enterprise network infrastructure. This includes managing firewalls (primarily FortiGate), configuring and monitoring switches (Cisco, UniFi), overseeing VPN technologies, and supporting VoIP communication systems. The role requires a hands-on, analytical individual who can proactively ensure network performance, security, and reliability across multiple office locations.

• Design, configure, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure, including FortiGate firewalls, Cisco/UniFi switches, and VPN solutions
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide 2nd/3rd-level support for complex network incidents
• Implement and support VoIP solutions, ensuring voice quality and network optimization through effective QoS and routing configurations   

Desired Work Experience: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise network administration
• Hands-on experience in managing Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls
• Experience with Cisco or UniFi switches and VoIP systems

Knowledge and Skill: 

• Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN)
• Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting FortiGate firewalls, Cisco/UniFi switches, and VPNs (IPSec, SSL)
• Familiar with VoIP systems and QoS configurations for voice traffic

Other Requirements/Qualifications 

• Fortinet NSE certification or equivalent is a plu
• Willing to work on a shift schedule and handle critical incidents
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
