- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Support hiring managers to coordinate interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Provide reports and insights on hiring trends and recruitment effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably in technology or financial sectors.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
