To play a key role in driving company business to deliver the KPI set, build the company’s brand name, and grow business sustainability through a strategic plan.

1. Manage business and resources to achieve goals.
2. Lead in planning and implementing the business strategy.
3. Control expenses and budgets to align with company direction.
4. Delegate responsibility for product handling to the sales team.
5. Set sales targets for the sales team and monitor the achievement of sales.
6. Improve customer engagement of the sales team.
7. Improve team performance and competency by training, coaching, and relevant support.
8. Work closely with vendors on sale forecasts, reports, market analysis, strategic plans, and targets.
9. Cooperate with the relevant team to carry out the large-scale project when necessary.
10. Conduct and monitor market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify opportunities.
11. Provide sales forecasts monthly, quarterly, annually, and as needed for Management and Vendors.
12. Accountable for budget achievement and performance of the team.
13. Prepare a business plan, and reports to the Business Director.
14. Attend trade meetings, relevant exhibitions, and training.
15. Cultivate effective relationships with decision-makers in key accounts.
16. Ensure good customer satisfaction and compliance.
17. Perform other related tasks as assigned by Management.

• Bachelor in a business-related field or Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Bioengineering, or Life Science with a sales background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Sales & Marketing.
