• Maintain/improve service quality through service agreed standard
• Perform daily site visit
• Monitor day to day operation and find solution to execute on time
• Support in implementing of best practice in cleaning standard

• Receiving customer’s enquiry and complain of service
• Communicate with all site's supervisors, patrol team, pest control and pool to coordinate and support operation
• Control manpower all sites to ensure the operation use the accurate headcount in the contract
• Check staff grooming and quality of work
• Organize the shortage replacement
• To ensure all site supervisors follow daily working schedule
• To make sure chemical and equipment on sites are enough for dialing operating
• Report to Senior Operations Manager and Human Resources department if new hire need
• Visit sites and meet client to get comment from client to improve our quality
• Handle client complaint recording and inform Senior Operations Manager
• To do report and submit to Senior Operations Manager
• Take responsibility all the time
• Stand by during in public holiday (Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben Festival and Water Festival)
• Can flexibility in time
• Other tasks will be assigned by Senior Operations Manager

EDUCATION:

• University graduated.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

• Female/Male
• Have at least 2 years’ experience in cleaning service
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Power point
• Fluently in English: listening, speaking, reading and writing
