Responsibilities and Duties

Plays a crucial role in managing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods.
Overseeing and managing all trucks to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Weekly work allocation planning, staff roster planning for drivers and operational workers.
Work closely with the site managers/ sales to meet the daily delivery operation’s needs.
Coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and customers to streamline logistics and timely problem solving
Supervising logistics personnel and optimizing transportation routes by (GPS and fleet system)
Ensuring compliance with safety and transport regulations and insurance brokers for any accident report
Prepare Reporting: Track KPIs for all the drivers to continuously improve logistics efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
Data Analytics & Forecasting: Use data-driven insights to predict demand, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
Managing inventory and warehouse operations
Other tasks assigned by the manager

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in other related fields
At least 3 years’ experience in logistics and warehouse knowledge is a plus
Computer literate (Ms. Office) and internet, Outlook
Flexible, dynamic, analytical, and able to make good judgment, and self-motivated, be honest, patient
Strong interpersonal, team-building, and negotiation skills
Good at communication skills (Khmer/English)
Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team
