CRM Assistant Manager will support CRM initiatives, manage customer data, and analyze campaign performance to improve customer experience and loyalty, while also assisting in the day-to-day operations of the CRM team.
Customer Data Management:
· Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
· Segment customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.
CRM System Support:
· Assist in the implementation and maintenance of CRM processes and workflows.
· Provide support to internal teams using the CRM system.
· Identify opportunities to optimize CRM usage and efficiency.
· Campaign Management:
· Support the planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns.
· Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Assist in the development of customer journey maps.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Identify and address customer needs and concerns.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Reporting and Analysis:
· Generate reports on CRM performance and customer behaviour.
· Analyse data to identify trends and insights.
· Provide recommendations for improving CRM strategies.
Team Support:
· Assist the CRM Manager with various tasks and projects.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
· Nutrition Industry Specific:
· Understand the specific needs and challenges of the nutrition industry.
· Develop and implement CRM strategies that are relevant to the industry.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in nutrition and CRM.
