Job Summary

The Sales Intelligence Team Leader oversees the analysis and strategic use of sales data to support business decisions. This role leads a team focused on providing insights, reporting, and tools that enhance sales performance and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead and manage end-to-end sales intelligence projects, from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams at client side including sales, marketing, and analytics to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and status reports.
  • Define and implement strategies to gather, process, and analyze sales data for actionable insights.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of sales intelligence reports and dashboards.
  • Oversee the integration of sales intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau).
  • Work closely with sales leadership to understand business goals and align intelligence efforts accordingly.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for the data/analytics team.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, identify trends, and deliver insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance benchmarking to sales and executive teams.
  • Recommend improvements to sales processes based on data findings.
  • Drive automation and efficiency in reporting and analysis workflows.
  • Oversee the gathering of competitor intelligence and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on competitive positioning and customer segmentation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 4+ years in sales operations, analytics, or intelligence roles.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and manage the salesforce implementation effectively.
  • Be able to have a field works and travelling both Phnom Penh and provincial as business needed.
