Responsibilities and Duties

Execute the implementation of Jotun Studio based on the guideline and company’s target
Maintain the Jotun Shop Concept standard by evaluating existing shops according to the regional guidelines in order to sustain Jotun's brand image in the market and provide customers with exceptional experience.
Manage the roll out and implementation of updated key retail elements annually in all Jotun shops.
Responsible on a high-quality execution of key retail programs such as Master Painter Program and Retail Expert Program.
In charge in the development on key trade programs (sell-in and sell-out campaigns) to achieve company's sales objectives.
Conduct regular market visits and lead market evaluation on successful implementation of Retail Programs in the local market.
Manage the allocation and distribution of Jotun marketing materials to all Jotun dealers.
Stakeholders' management - build strong relationships with dealers and key suppliers.
Work closely with the Sales Department & CSD Department to ensure common goals are achieved.
Strong alignment on retail & trade programs with the regional team.

Qualifications and Skills

The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree preferably in Business or Marketing.
At least 3 years of working experience in marketing or retail management is preferred.
Good with Ms. Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Must be proficient in verbal and written English. Personal Qualities
