Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00am & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
- Lunch time: 12:00am to 1:00pm
1. Projects Selling Tasks:
- Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximise customer potential in designated regions;
- Contact the Customer to discuss/understand the customer’s requirements for their project. Persuades clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
- Based on each specific customer/project to have an efficient plan to approach the customer to ensure good care of the customer as well.
- Make the PCV and PIF(rev.00) form with detailed data, issue to the Sales Support Dept to make PPD
- Prepare information for and participate in the Project bidding Tender;
- Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both the client’s requirements and company standards;
- Prepare and have the LOI signed by the Customer.
- Get the approval drawing signed by the Customer.
- Propose a price matrix for the specific project, then get approval from SMM.
- Prepare the Sales contract and get it signed by the Customer and the company management.
- Be in charge of the down payment and support the CSD for L/C and other payments
- Monitor change orders and variations / make addendums and price variations accordingly;
- Develops and grows long-term relationships with old customers;
- Prepares and coordinates with the customer in visiting the office and the job site.
- Administer client accounts; update the ICCC list bi-monthly and make sure that the info is correct and complete; Contact ICCC (Investors, Customers, Consultants, Constructors) to introduce products/services and collect information about the project and try to convince them to put specs in the conceptual drawings or tender documents, if any.
- Consistently make visits and telephone calls to customers in the ICCC list, especially those in the Category A list.
- Update Sales Pipeline weekly, including status of Quotations, Jobs and prepare “Lost Quote Report “(LQR) for all quotations lost as per the company policy.
- Collects competitors' information in order to find a proper strategy/solution for selling products;
- Collects customer feedback information and takes needful action to improve the company's products/services;
- Follow up and support subordinates and the finance department on payment and L/C
2. Management tasks:
- Provide training for subordinates in terms of soft skills and technical skills to ensure staff have enough caliber to fulfil their responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and encourage staff to ensure target achievement of the team
- Support staff by giving resources, direction to win projects, as well as strengthening the relationship with customers
- Act as a key player for the company’s marketing campaign or events
- University Degree in Engineering, Architecture with strong selling abilities
- Thorough knowledge of sales techniques with min 5 year experiences in project sales or Buildings Construction/ Steel Buildings
- Good at business acumen.
