- Strategic Planning: Propose and implement short-, mid- and long-term plans to top management, mainly on how to achieve the business/ sales target set from the top.
- Corporate Positioning and Market Intelligence: Responsible and manage the company's presence and reach within the country, including market analysis, identifying opportunities, and creating annual business plans.
- Sales Growth and Team Management: Responsible and answer to top management on the country/ market’s sales performance. Lead and manage a team of B2C (mainly CACC team), ensuring they are competent and well-trained, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain a strong relationship with local partners, authorities’ officials, and other stakeholders.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets & expenses, and ensuring profitability within the country.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, market data, and other relevant information to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all local regulations and legal requirements; and the daily operations of the market are strictly complied to the company policies.
