Job Summary

Responsible to oversee team performance and coach them to reach their KPI/Sale Target and to ensure business growth. Strong employee engagement, communication, problem solving, and ability to lead a large workforce project (Around 0 staffs). The position plays a key client contacts and meets with client daily / weekly trouble shooting.  

Responsibilities and Duties

Field Engagement:

  • Manage the project client, employee, deadlines and outcomes
  • Represent HRINC to the client and problem solving in the field.
  • Manage relevant team members
  • Bring the feedback from the employees by highlighting key issues and propose recommendations and solutions to the HRINC management on a timely manner.
  • Manage expectation of the team, the client and HRINC management and team members by communicating clearly the expectations.
  • Communicate employment terms and conditions and ensure the employees understand and follow HRINC’s and/or the client’s policies and procedures.

Clients Engagement:

  • Represent HRINC management to engage with the Client and respond to the client concern
  • Report and highlight key feedback from the Client to the HRINC management.
  • Ensure that we are performing and providing excellent quality of service to our client.
  • Respond to the Client needs/concerns/questions without any delay.

Internal Engagement

  • Work closely with HRINC Internal team such as recruitment team, Compliance team and Payroll team for all relevant information.
  • Become familiar with policies, procedures, compliance and client management
  • Facilitate between HRINC and the client
  • Recruitment, on boarding and employment check-out process
  • Make JD of position and sourcing
  • Short list and join final interview  Provide an induction to outsourcing employees prior to and on the start of their employment.
  • Make announce to team and client for new joiner
  • Exit Interview
  • Collect the client assets and report to client
  • Employee Performance Management
  • Collaborate with Client to set KPI for the team
  • Oversee team performance and coach them to reach their KPI/Sale Target 
  • Working Client set the route planning and assign the team at different shops.
  • Support the team for any issue with customer.
  • Engage with the team closely for any change and update info.
  • Lead disciplinary action to the employees for any type of gross misconduct.
  • Involve staff performance review with the Client and supervisors/managers and prepare employment notification to the employees.
  • Leave and Attendance Management
  • Making sure attendance report and leave report are correct and submit to Client Management for signature
  • Provide report to client and Payroll team
  • Incentive Calculation verification
  • Collaborate with Client for incentive calculation and verify to ensure it match with Client’s policy.
  • Provide final incentive report to payroll team upon client approval.
  • Compliance Management
  • Closely work with Compliance team to ensure all employee are compliance with labor law.
  • Make sure HR process and employment are compiled to Client internal policy and system.
  • Other HR Administration & Training
  • Provide report to management as per request from time-to-time
  • Training and coaching the team of subordinates
  • Documentation of the project implementation policies and procedures as per agreement between the Client and HRINC.

Provide or organize relevant trainings in a structured and well-planned manner for the outsourcing employees based on the Client’s agreement 

Qualifications and Skills

Education

  • Prefer a business administration, language or law degree however experience and demonstration of skills is more important.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience working on Sales & Marketing from related industry
  • We want demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and manage the workforce field implementation effectively.

Computer skills

  • Must be able to use Microsoft suite – email, calendar scheduling, and word, excel and power point.
