Responsibilities and Duties
- Fleet inspections to ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
- Preventive maintenance schedules for trucks and equipment.
- Ensure Compliance with safety regulations in transport laws on the vehicle operating on the road
- Managing mechanics and technicians to handle the repairs efficiently to meet operational requirements
- Inventory control for spare parts and tools.
- Work with spare part suppliers or garages for trucking.
- Cost management optimize repair expenses and minimize downtime.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineer or other related fields
- At least 2-3 years' experience in maintenance filed
- Good command of Khmer and English
- Computer literate (Ms. Office) and internet must be required
- Flexible, dynamic, analytical and able to make good judgment and self-motivated
- Be honest, patient; follow the instruction from the superior
- Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team
