Responsibilities and Duties
- Purchasing Management
- Sourcing new products or suppliers as customer’s requirements
- Product testing and evaluation
- Determine catalogs
- Proposal for new products meeting
- Communication with Supplier: for smooth operation
- Communication with Supplier: for invoice checking Compliance
- Responsible for monitoring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Check official requirement for (License, copyright…)
- Keep Transparent and Trustful Transaction
- Check Branding Effect of each Product
- Document Control (check supplier's document also, Ex: Patent, VAT…), especially to open account with supplier, purchaser need to arrange.
- Work closely with CORPSAL(B2B) department
- Suppliers company information
- Other tasks assigned by CORPSAL Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years’ experience in office Supply and Stationery layer or similar role
- Able to work under a foreigner boss.
- Good English proficiency in both written and spoken
- Several, years working in purchasing field (Office Supply and Stationery) and can use function of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoints
- Work experience at the big factories is greatly welcome.
