- Engage with potential and existing dealers via phone calls effectively communicate updates on pricing, promotions, and special offers to drive sales.
- Track and monitor dealer inventory levels, last order date and estimated time for stock reload to identify products that need reordering and send timely reminders to dealers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions with dealers, along with orders and sales details.
- Stay updated on all company products, services, and policies to articulate product details clearly and accurately to dealers, highlighting key selling points.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by regularly monitoring stock levels and reordering items as needed.
- Address dealer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information
- Process all orders accurately, track order statuses and manage any delays or issues with logistics team, ensuring all details are recorded correctly and deliveries are made on time.
- Coordinate with order management and logistics specialists to place orders and ensure timely restocking as per dealer requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Lead, Supply Chain Operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance dealer satisfaction.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with dealers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Maintain a professional outlook, demonstrating respect, initiative, and commitment towards internal and external suppliers and dealers and liaise closely with all stakeholders.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (sales process, call quality, attendance, and call conversion, and product selection)
- Continuously develop personal skills through internal company training or approved external divisional training courses.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management/
- Order Management/ Business Operations or related roles, preferably within the telecom industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with digital platforms (SAP/ Salesforce etc.)
- Relevant Certifications (Good to have)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
