Job requirements:

• Language requirements: Mandarin at Level 2, English; Chinese can be used as a working language, and proficiency in English is preferred.
• Qualifications: Male, Cambodian citizen. based on the candidate's own situation and the company's strategy, they will be stationed in Cambodia after the company's training.
•  Internal coordination and communication: communicate technical details with headquarters；
• Technical support: provide technical support to agents through different channels, including telephone, E-mail, customer management system, or online maintenance services for end users；
• Spare parts management：update and repair technical documents including service report, parts code and quality improvement technical documents；
• Coordinate with other related departments to provide solutions and proactive actions；
• Software and systems：manage and share maintenance experience in customer management information system;
• Support partners to provide services to end users；
• Information collection：collect analyze and report quality information；
