Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare and control truck maintenance costs and report to operation manager.
- Record and prepare fuel consumption report of each truck and report to operation manager.
- Do the analysis report of truck broke down, Technical Inspection, doublecheck with site/operation coordinators, mechanic if any maintenance request is submitted to HO for approval.
- Support Operation on controlling and making report of spare parts from sites.
- Coordinate with customers/ sales and logistic to ensure the sooth delivery
- Mange the trucks on yearly inspection and road tax
- Assist in operation request From
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related fields
- At least 1- 2-year experience in administration
- Good command of Khmer and English
- Computer literate (Ms. Office) and internet must be required
- Flexible, dynamic, analytical and able to make good judgment and self-motivated
- Be honest, patient; follow the instruction from the superior
- Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
- Good communication skill
- Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team
