• Manage daily accounting for warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate and real-time stock records.
• Conduct monthly physical stock checks, analyze discrepancies, and submit reports.
• Handle bilingual (Chinese-Khmer) supplier/customer reconciliations and cross border logistics documents.
• Assist in cost accounting, financial audits, and provide warehouse-related financial data.
• Process China-Cambodia-USA import/export documentation (e.g., customs declarations, invoices, permits).  

Language:

• Fluent in Chinese and Khmer (written & spoken) for documentation and communication.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Logistics; accounting certification is a plus. - 1+ years of warehouse accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing/logistics.

Skills:

• Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Familiar with China-Cambodia import/export procedures (customs, tariffs, compliance).
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and able to work independently.
