Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and ensure that business strategic plan is exist and implement in the effective cost
- Developing sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and increase revenue for products, and other potential business relevant opportunity
- Ensure the operations run smoothly as plan and hit both financial and professional goal
- Set KPI for Trading Team and ensure it is achievable
- Conduct market analysis to identity Trading’s position and competitors in order to increase sales
- Parenting subordinators and optimize them in the best manner.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Marketing/ Sales or other related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Trading industry and at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal, and communication skills
- Fluent for verbal and written communication for both Khmer and English
- Great problem-solving and analytical skills
- Open-mind and listen the constructive feedback
- Flexible to multiple tasks assigned by GM
