Responsibilities and Duties

MAIN MISSION (Purpose of the position)

  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the security sector.
  • He/she requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the security industry and a proven track record in business development.
  • To conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the security industry.
  • To analyze potential markets for expansion for The company security services.
  • To collaborate with senior management to define and implement the business development strategy.
  • Provide feedback to members on client requirements and market trends.
  • Any adhoc projects requested from ECO and COO. 

SPECIFIC CONTEXT OF THE POSITION

  • To develop and implement strategies for lead generation through networking, referrals, industry events, and digital marketing.
  • To proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • To identify and qualify potential clients to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.

MAIN TASKS / JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Participate in the development of sales targets and forecasts.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting our security solutions and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals

SCOPE OF THE POSITION

Human aspect:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operational teams to ensure alignment on business goals and client needs.

  • Increase revenues and cliental markets.  

MAIN AREAS OF JOB PERFORMANCE

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Adjust strategies as necessary based on performance data and market feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact business.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge with the Cambodian markets.
  • Strong research, writing, organizational, computer skills are essential.
  • Charismatic and well-presented.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in written Khmer and English 

Leadership and personal skills

  • Excellent people skill with patience and diplomacy. 
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
