MAIN MISSION (Purpose of the position)
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the security sector.
- He/she requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the security industry and a proven track record in business development.
- To conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the security industry.
- To analyze potential markets for expansion for The company security services.
- To collaborate with senior management to define and implement the business development strategy.
- Provide feedback to members on client requirements and market trends.
- Any adhoc projects requested from ECO and COO.
SPECIFIC CONTEXT OF THE POSITION
- To develop and implement strategies for lead generation through networking, referrals, industry events, and digital marketing.
- To proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
- To identify and qualify potential clients to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
MAIN TASKS / JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Participate in the development of sales targets and forecasts.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting our security solutions and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operational teams to ensure alignment on business goals and client needs.

- Increase revenues and cliental markets.

- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Adjust strategies as necessary based on performance data and market feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact business.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Knowledge with the Cambodian markets.
- Strong research, writing, organizational, computer skills are essential.
- Charismatic and well-presented.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in written Khmer and English
