Responsibilities and Duties
- To increase sales, profitability for allocated distributor accounts
- To engage with facility managers and asset owners to drive fulfillment with distributors
- To drive our Strategic Growth Initiatives with our latest technologies and innovations
- To ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in the Trade Retail Business, preferably with hands-on exposure to both modern trade and traditional retail
- Be passionate about achieving results and motivated to lead and grow the distribution business.
- Possess strong communication skills and experience working closely with marketing teams.
- Have a sound understanding of the distribution landscape in Cambodia.
- Be adept at identifying business opportunities, particularly in emerging technologies such as smart systems, smart lighting, etc.
- English: Mandator
- Khmer & Mandarin: Nice to have ( Not mandatory)
