Responsibilities and Duties
  • Support daily operations of Outsourcing Team
  • Collect and fill related employee documents
  • Support onboard process
  • Communicate with clients and employees
  • Advise clients with Myanmar Labor Law and practices
  • Record employee contract registration to Labor Office
  • Collect and check monthly employee expenses
  • Process payroll & SSB calculations
  • Generate salary slip and invoice in the system
  • Send pay slips to employees
  • Process monthly report and invoices to clients
  • Perform internal weekly and monthly report
  • Follow up with client for outstanding invoices
  • Process FRC, Stay Permit, Visa and Form C for foreign employee
  • Deal with government officers
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by Team Leader and Manager
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Have knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law
  • At least 1 year experience in related HR field
  • HR Diploma/Certificate is preferable
  • Good communication skills in English and Burmese
  • Good numerical skills
  • Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
  • Able to travel within Yangon
  • Have friendly and tactful personality
  • Have good interpersonal skills and can work with a team
  • Open and willing to learn new information and skills
