The Leasing Executive will be part of a team with the responsibility of leasing Connexon on Koh Pich, an exciting mixed-use office, retail, and lifestyle center. 

The Leasing Executive role offers a great opportunity to gain experience working alongside an experienced Team while working on an exciting and popular mixed-use project

• Reply to leasing enquiries from tenants interested in leasing.
• Arrange viewings with potential tenants, matching them with available units and stores.
• Generate leasing activity through leasing enquiries, email, telephone, messaging, and events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing tenants.
• Prepare ‘Offer Letters’ and ‘Lease Agreements’.
• Negotiate with the tenants on the terms and conditions of lease agreements.
• Take ownership of your clients and customers.
• Work as part of a team and independently.
• Coordinate leasing activity with team members and management.

• A high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of working experience in leasing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good Microsoft and computer skills.
• Khmer and English reading and writing.
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline is advantageous.
