Working Conditions:

• Shipments Coordination:
• Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Adhere to customers' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet specific requirements.
• Liaise with customers and overseas agents to ensure accurate and timely documentation exchange.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Logistics System Management:
• Accurately update shipment information in logistics systems in a timely manner, following established guidelines.
• Compliance and Regulations:
• Review customs clearance documents and coordinate the release of goods to vendors, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, finance, and warehouse teams, to ensure seamless operations and address any issues promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is a must. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
