The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of sales representatives/merchandisers to achieve sales targets, expand distribution, enhance brand visibility, and ensure excellent execution in the market.
- Sales Delivery: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets; implement area sales plans and RTM strategies across GT/MT/HORECA.
- Distribution & Coverage: Expand outlets, increase SKU penetration, and ensure availability, visibility, pricing, and promotion compliance.
- People Leadership: Assign routes/targets, conduct field coaching, manage performance/KPIs, and build a high-performing culture.
- Market Execution: Enforce planograms, FIFO/stock rotation, and timely activation of promotions; ensure “perfect store” standards.
- Customer Management: Strengthen relationships with retailers/wholesalers; resolve issues promptly; onboard new customers.
- Insights & Reporting: Track sales, stock, OOS, and competitor moves; submit accurate daily/weekly reports and market intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ FMCG field sales experience; prior team supervision preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and sales/CRM applications; basic data analysis capability.
