Responsibilities and Duties

Experience in Chiller / HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
Previous experience leading or supervising a technician team is preferred.
Good knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration, electrical, and control systems.
Able to supervise technicians and assign daily work tasks.
Able to inspect, troubleshoot, and coordinate chiller maintenance work on-site.
Able to communicate with customers and provide technical explanations.
Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Responsible for ensuring work quality, safety, and timely completion.
Able to prepare service reports and communicate technical issues to management.
Willing to travel to customer sites when required
