Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement effective brand strategies and marketing plans.
- Track and analyze brand performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize brand growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee and drive all operations relating to the brand's: activities.
- Anticipate market trends and keep abreast of the competitive landscape
- Manage and deliver brand assets to ensure best-in-class execution.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have some experiences with Beauty/ Cosmetic and Leather products industry.
- 3-5 years progressive sales/marketing experience.
- Hold bachelor or Master degree of Marketing/Sale or other related field.
- Strong organization skills with a proactive attitude and ability to troubleshoot.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Good at marketing concept/creative initiative.
- Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills.
- Computer literacy in Micro Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.
- Able to work under pressure and process good time management skills.
- Be friendly, honest, hard-working and able to work independently.
- Be able to perform multi-tasks.
- High commitment and self-directed
